I’m Talking About Jerusalem is the final play in Wesker’s trilogy. A three-act drama written and revised in 1958-59, it was first produced at the Belgrade Theatre Coventry 4 April 1960, then in a revised version transferred to the Royal Court Theatre London on 27 July 1960 when it went into repertory with the two earlier plays in the Wesker trilogy. In common with the other plays in the trilogy, it was directed by John Dexter and designed by Jocelyn Herbert. Revived as part of the trilogy at the Shaw Theatre London 12 June 1978, directed by Anthony Cornish, its initial print publication was by Penguin Books in 1960 and the same publishers included it in The Wesker Trilogy, 1964, which is used in this …
