The three Discours sur la Condition des Grands [Discourses on the Condition of the Great] have not reached us being written directly by Pascal. They were published after Pascal’s death (1662) by Pierre Nicole, one of Pascal’s friends, in his short treatise De l’éducation d’un prince (1670), which became Traité de l’éducation d’un prince.
