Terms of peace agreed in London; peace concluded with Treaty of Amiens signed on March 27, 1802 whereby Britain to restore all maritime conquests, except Trinidad and Ceylon, to France, Spain and Holland; France agrees to evacuate Naples; the integrity of Portugal is recognised; the independence of the Ionian Islands is agreed upon; both French and English armies are to evacuate Egypt which is to be restored to Turkey, and Malta is to be restored to the Knights by Britain.
