Henry Ford, founder of Ford Motor Company, rationalised the process of mass production to meet the ever-increasing demand for his Model T motor car. Ford not only established an efficient process of production but he also created the industry's branch assembly plant and overseas production plant. In 1913, Ford went one step further and built the world's first moving assembly line for cars.
