Peace is signed between England and Spain and the Archdukes. James I undertakes to give no further aid to. the Dutch, to work for peace between Spain; Holland and the Archdukes and to secure the return to Spain of the cautionary towns. England receives various trading privileges but undertakes not to trade in the Indies.
