The Gera Bond arranges for a joint inheritance of Hohenzollern and Brandenburg. The agreement is ratified by the House of Hohenzollern, which plans for the younger branch of the family to gain Culmbach. If either branch fails to produce heirs, the other will to inherit the electorship and the margraviate of Brandenburg.
