In the Landshut War of Succession, Emperor Maximilian, who is campaigning on behalf on the Duke of Bavaria-Munich, takes Kufstein in the Tyrol, which had declared for Rupert of the Palatinate. As a result, the Duke of Bavaria-Munich acquires the Landshut dominions.
