A prolific Jewish Italian author of various literary works, including seven dramas such as Anima [Her Soul] (1898) and Emma Liona [Lady Hamilton] (1924), her own memoirs (Memorie, 2001), children’s books (e.g., Topinino: Storia di un bambino [Topinino: Story of a Little Boy], 1905), and countless epistolary exchanges, Amelia Pincherle Rosselli is most often referred to – or identified as – the mother of antifascist activists Carlo (1899-1937) and Nello (1900-1937) Rosselli.
