Luisa Santandrea, née Bruschetti, was an Italian poet, writer, and translator active during the first half of the twentieth century. She was particularly interested in depicting her own emotions in her poems, diaries, and travelogues, while her narratives described sensitive characters, mostly concerned with their own inwardness.

Luisa Bruschetti was born in Milan in 1890. As she had no children and her relatives are deceased, all information about her comes from secondary sources, such as her correspondence and a few articles about her works.
