Morris Panych is an award-winning, multi-faceted man of the theatre – writer, actor, and director. He has appeared in more than fifty leading roles on stage and many featured performances for television (including a recurring role in the popular series The X-Files) and directed more than ninety Canadian productions. However, Panych considers himself primarily a playwright. Twice, he has received the Governor General's Award for Drama for his plays The Ends of the Earth (1994) and Girl in the Goldfish Bowl (2004).
