Eugene Stickland is a contemporary Canadian playwright of several widely-produced plays, most notably Some Assembly Required (1994), Sitting on Paradise (1996), A Guide to Mourning (1998), Midlife (2002), and All Clear (2004), all of which premiered at Alberta Theatre Projects' playRites festival in Calgary, Alberta. He has written at least 14 plays since 1984, in a variety of dramatic genres and formats.
