Jeremy Squires

Dr Jeremy Squires is a senior lecturer in Spanish in the School of Languages, Cultures and Linguistics at University College Dublin, where he has worked since the 1990s, and teaches mainly in the area of modern Spanish peninsular fiction, with additional interest in aspects of Latin American culture. He has published on the work of several authors, including that of Sánchez Ferlosio and Miguel Delibes, the latter sometimes from a green-studies perspective. He is a graduate of the University of Manchester and was supervised by the late Professor Derek Gagen.
