Sheryl Lynn Postman

Sheryl Lynn Postman is Professor of Spanish and Italian at the University of Massachusetts Lowell. Her areas of specialization include the contemporary Spanish novel, the contemporary Italian novel and Italian-American narrative. Her authored books include: El viaje infernal en los Diarios de Miguel Delibes (2010); Crossing the Acheron: A Study of Nine Novels by Giose Rimanelli (2000); and An Italian Writer’s Journey through American Realities: Giose Rimanelli’s English Novels (2012). At present, Dr. Postman is working on another book project about the Italian influence in Miguel Delibes’s Post Franco Rural Novels.
