Kevin Boyle

Kevin Boyle is an editor, indepedent researcher and graduate of Maynooth University, University College Cork and Dublin City University. His PhD thesis is titled ‘Genre and Code in the Work of John Banville’ and examines Banville’s use of genre in a selection of his novels, dramas and also his crime fiction under his Benjamin Black pseudonym.

His research interests include genre theory, twentieth century and contemporary Irish literature, ethics, travel writing, and crime fiction.
