Sarah Peverley
Sarah Peverley is a medievalist, book historian, and BBC Radio 3 New Generation Thinker. She is Professor of English Literature at the University of Liverpool, where she teaches and researches medieval literature and history. Her current research focuses on literature produced during The Wars of the Roses, on the political consciousness of medieval writers, and on medieval manuscripts. She is also writing a cultural history of the mermaid.
