Nicole Seymour

Nicole Seymour is Assistant Professor of English at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, where she teaches twentieth- and twenty-first century American, British, and world literatures. Her primary research area is environmental cultural studies. Her first book project, Strange Natures: Futurity, Empathy, and the Queer Ecological Imagination, will be out from the University of Illinois Press in 2013. She has published articles on Todd Haynes's Safe, Michael Haneke's Cache, and Carson McCullers's The Member of the Wedding.
