Peter de Voogd

Peter de Voogd, emeritus Professor of English at the University of Utrecht, is the founding editor of The Shandean and has published widely on James Joyce, Wyndham Lewis, Henry Fielding, William Hogarth, and, in particular as well as increasingly, Laurence Sterne.
