Steven Dedalus Burch

Steven Dedalus Burch is Associate Professor of Theatre History at the University of Alabama, Department of Theatre and Dance. His study Andrew P. Wilson and the Beginnings of the Irish and Scottish National Theatres, 1911-1950 was published in 2008. As a playwright he received a Playwriting Fellowship from the New York Foundation for the Arts. His latest play, Moby-Dick , was produced at UA in February 2011. He is a member of the Dramatists Guild and Chair of the Playwriting Committee for the Southeastern Theatre Conference (SETC).
