Sylvia Henneberg

Sylvia Henneberg is an associate professor of English at Morehead State University. She has written extensively on American women poets. In 2002, she was awarded a postdoctoral fellowship from the American Association of University Women (AAUW) to conduct research on contemporary American women poets and aging, and in 2008, she was awarded a Fulbright grant to lecture and conduct research at the Gottfried Wilhem Leibniz University Hanover in Germany. Her book, The Creative Crone: Aging and the Poetry of Adrienne Rich and May Sarton (University of Missouri Press), will appear in fall 2009.
