William Collins Donahue

William Collins Donahue is John J. Cavanaugh, Professor of the Humanities and Director, The Initiative for Global Europe, at the University of Notre Dame. He is author of The End of Modernism: Elias Canetti's Auto-da-Fe (Chapel Hill: University of North Carolina Press, 2001), which was awarded the Aldo and Jeanne Scaglione Prize for Studies in Germanic Languages and Literatures by the Modern Language Association of American in 2002, and of Holocaust as Fiction: Bernhard Schlink's "Nazi" Novels and Their Films (New York: Palgrave/Macmillan, 2010).
