Jane Laurel Carrington

I have taught at St. Olaf College in the History Department since fall of 1988. Before that, I taught at Stanford University and the University of Alabama. I have published articles on Erasmus and on Marguerite de Navarre, and have worked on critical editions of some of Erasmus's theological works for the Collected Works of Erasmus series. At the moment I am researching Erasmus' controversy with the Strasbourg reformer Martin Bucer. For more details about my work, see my page at http://www.stolaf.edu/people/carringt/.
