Pamela S. Saur

Pamela S. Saur is a Distinguished Professor Emerita of English and Modern Languages at Lamar University in Beaumont, where she was awarded the titles of Texas State University System Regents Professor and Lamar University Professor and University Scholar. She taught English and German there from 1988-2015. She has studied in Vienna and earned an M.A. and Ph.D. in German from the Univerity of Iowa and an M.Ed. in English Studies from the University of Massachusetts at Boston. She has published numerous scholarly articles and book chapters, monographs on Ernst Weiss and Adalbert Stifter, and four translations of Austrian books with Ariadne Press in Riverside, CA.
