Edwin Marr

Edwin Marr is a PhD student and associate lecturer at Anglia Ruskin University, Cambridge, exploring the production of railway space in British Literature 1860-80. He is interested in particular in the Brontës, Dickens, Eliot, Gaskell and Trollope, and his research spans a wide variety of nineteenth-century topics from transportation networks, spatial production and social spaces, to industrialisation, gender and manifestations of death, mourning and burial.
